User of iPhone 3 G has noticed that it never shows full charging. It is also noticed that battery has limited life. iPhone 3G owners came to accept limited battery life as a trade-off for all the amazing things it did.

In a Business report, David Sarno writes:

User found that the device, introduced few days ago, has trouble making it through a workday without a rest stop at the electrical outlet. It is proving to be something of an Achilles' heel on Apple Inc.'s flagship device, more than 1 million of which were sold in the first weekend.

Users of 3G  have found that Apple decreased the battery size of 3 G by about 15%. Something had to give to cram the new tech into the phone and it looks like the battery was about the only place Apple to free up some space

Apple is suggesting that users simply disable some features. This includes Bluetooth and the 3G networks itself, which totally negates the purpose of having the 3G  iPhone in the first place.
