Xbox 360 Will Also Have 3D Games

by Mr. Panda on May 17, 2010

There have been many questions about whether the Xbox 360 would jump on the 3D wave along with Sony’s PlayStation 3 Fortunately, Microsoft has finally commented on the future of the Xbox 360 and plans to 3D on console.

LG and Microsoft’s Korean divisions has published an agreement which would turn to LG’s new 3D LED Television, respectively 55LX9500 and 47LX9500 will be sold together with 3D versions of the Xbox 360 games. The reported models due out in June and the press release says nothing about which games we can expect to see in 3D.

There is no new hardware to the machine can display 3D, it is handled via a software update, but we must assume that the older Xbox 360 that is born without the HDMI output will not be able to show 3D. This is due to Microsoft’s own video port can not immediately transfer the amount of data a 3D image requires.

It should be noted that the agreement applies only to Korea so far, but Microsoft in the U.S. has decided to follow the evolution of the 3D market and that Xbox 360 definitely also will support 3D in the world at a time.

Eventually I uncovered equivalent Wii web page just like my very own. Keep up the nice work. I also own an identical web page regarding the new ea sports nintendo wii game, maybe you have attempted it?
