The first documents with details about the upcoming Windows 8 is apparently leaked online.
Now we have the first indications of Microsoft’s plans for the successor to Windows 7 Microsoft will not even talk about the next Windows eight yet, but a series of documents from a meeting with hardware companies in April is apparently leaked online.
Various documents which are labeled as ” Microsoft Confidential ” , leaves no doubt that Microsoft has learned with great envy at Apple. One of the pages headed “How Apple does it : A virtuous cycle ” and it ends with the remark “This is something people will pay for! “.
Now is not the first time that Microsoft borrows the ideas from Apple , which also was the first with the graphical interface and mouse. And there is every indication that Microsoft is once again intend to copy many Apple ideas.
One of the most interesting points in the documents that have now been leaked , Microsoft plans to open up a Windows like the famous Great App Store for iPhone and IPAD from Apple. It should therefore provide consumers with an easy opportunity to buy and download software to your computer – and they bought the programs can then be downloaded on any computer you own .
Microsoft imagines that each computer manufacturer to Windows Large fires under his name , and software company has apparently not going to keep a portion of the profits – unlike Apple.
Another objective in Windows 8 is to shorten boot – time through new features for power management. Here , Microsoft has also looked Apple shoulder . The new IPAD start with virtually no latency and the whole system has an instant -on, feeling that Microsoft would like to build in Windows.
Microsoft has obviously already made the starting and shutdown much faster in Windows 7 compared to earlier versions, but there is far to go before it can be compared to an iPhone or IPAD .
Work is also to make the user interface in Windows simpler and improve support for touch screens and very small displays.
There is no date for Windows 8 will be complete, but a beta of Internet Explorer 9 should be ready by August , according to documents.
