Nimbuzz Says GoodBye to Windows Mobile

by Skipper on June 3, 2010

Bad news for Windows Mobile users that After Skype, they are deprived of another important application, we are talking about Nimbuzz which, with a statement posted on its official blog yesterday announcing that it had decided to discontinue support for the windows mobile platform.

As a result of that decision, Nimbuzz Windows Mobile is no longer downloadable online, beginning in late 2010, will cease to operate at those who had already installed on your device. The reason for this decision? It seems that the limitations that the operating system requires the developers of software houses are too many compared to what happens with those of competitors.

However, that Nimbuzz is not a final farewell. The developers of VoIP customers have declared that they intend to consider the creation of a Windows7 Phone, but only after the first devices that use it will be on the market. Only then will a decision.

So for now, Windows Mobile, is officially only Fringe.
