As you guys are aware of the problem that Apple new Face Time calling doesn’t work on non official carries i.e; USA T Mobile. But don’t worry buddies if you want to use FaceTime calling feature on unofficial carrier you can do it now !!!
An iPhone app developer has released a new app for your unlocked iPhone 4 named MiTime. This app will help you to make FaceTime calls. The app fix the problem by recognizing the SMS from the gateway to activate FaceTime. This procedure requires developer to send you 2 international SMS. The App is available at Cydia store for a price of $5.99.
Here is a how to guide of using FaceTime calling on iPhone 4 (unofficial carrier).
1. Check your phone # in Settings if you are outside U.S. Your number must be correct and must have a + symbol in front of it. The number you entered on MiTime.info should match with your phone number.
2. Now install MiTime app and run it, this will verify that whether you are authorized or not by matching your number and if the number matches you can proceed further.
3. You will see the following message on screen;
If it says “Ready for activation” and has an “Activate” button, you are ready to use a credit to activate.
If it does NOT say “Ready for activation”, leave it at the this screen until it resets FaceTime® and re-springs (2 minutes). After re-spring, unlock the phone and within one minute it should warn you about costs – IMPORTANT–>click OK. If it doesn’t warn you or does not reset, see the troubleshooting tips below.
If it says “Activated” you can stop here. It will back up your FaceTime® activation for later recovery.
4. If you are ready, hit the Activate button and follow the prompts. Only send one activation request and wait for up to 15 minutes. It will take 1 minute, but don’t waste your activation credits. If it doesn’t activate after 15 minutes, eject and re-insert your SIM. Wait 1 minute and then reboot.
5.If it says “Activations Request Has Been Sent” don’t do anything and stay on screen for a minute and after 1 minute you will see that it will be change into Activated.
6.This is done ! Once its activated your FaceTime is fully enabled.
If in future you face any problem regarding FaceTime simply run the application to fix the problem.

NOTE: If your FaceTime is turned off, don’t try to turn it on in Settings -> Phone. Simply Run the MiTime applications and it will fix the problem and turn it back on OR If you see the warning message about costs again, hit the Cancel and run MiTime to see what is going on.
