New World Record In Typing SMS

27 -year-old Melissa Thompson has just set new world record in typing on mobile. The new record was set at 25.94 seconds, which is 9.6 seconds faster than American Franklin Page, who previously held this record.

Thompson have to entered the following text on her mobile:

“The razor -toothed Piranhas of the generalized Serrasalmus and Pygocentrus are the most ferocious freshwater fish in the world. In reality they seldom attack a human.”

She did in just 25.94 seconds and beat Franklin record of 35.54 seconds, who made it earlier this year.

The new world record was set on a Samsung Galaxy S with help from Swype technology that comes with the Galaxy S. Swype makes it easier to write text on your mobile phone and it use a principle dictionary to select the most likely word from the typed combination.
