Few years ago Nintendo and Sony were the two giants in the gaming industries. But now the things are different. Nintendo has long recognized the importance of IOS platform, and now even Sony seems to have realized the seriousness, writes Ars Technica.
In a new commercials on American television yesterday the company namely the frontal attack on the iPhone as gaming platform. A PSP games CAVIL down on another player that looks great to use an iPhone, and brags about how much better gaming experience is on the PSP.
In addition, the company argues for their old PlayStation games that can be purchased for $ 10 each (price tag closer to the “top games” on the App Store), instead of previously beating the drum for the next big titles.
But with only 84 000 units sold last month in the U.S. it is perhaps not surprising that Sony tries on a new strategy.
