Now you can install cracked apps on a non-jailbroken iPhone, iPod Touch and iPad. The procedure to install cracked apps is very simple and easy.
Requirements
- A device that can run Snow Leopard
- Download Xcode 3.2.6 (This method only works with 3.2.6)
- Paid developer account or register your iDevice UDID with paid developer account
Follow the step by step procedure below:
Step 1: Download .ipa file and copy it to your desktop.
Step 2: Open Terminal.
Step 3: Run the command:
curl -O http://apiexplorer.googlecode.com/files/CrappStore.zip
Step 4: Now run the command:
unzip -o CrappStore.zip -d “/Developer/Platforms/iPhoneOS.platform/Developer/Library/Xcode/Project Templates/Application/”
Step 5: After running the above two commands close the terminal.
Step 6: Now rename the .ipa file to .zip.
Step 7: Extract the renamed file.
Step 8: Now open “Payload” folder and copy the name of the .app file
Step 9: Rename .zip file back to .ipa
Step 10: Open Xcode 3.2.6
Step 11: Now you have to start a new project by selecting new Crappstore template (Under iOS > Applications in the left sidebar) save the new project to your desktop.
Step 12: In the project go to Edit Project Settings and make sure that you have choose Base SDK to be iOS Latest. Also make sure that you have chosen your provisioning profile as Any iOS.
Step 13: Now simply drag the .ipa file into your project folder.
Step 14: Drag the .ipa file again from your project folder to Xcode.
Step 15: Click on Build and Run.
You have successfully installed the cracked app on non-jailbroken iPhone, iPod Touch and iPad.
